Wetland & Floodplain Consulting Company, LLC (WFCC) is a full service organization providing advice, consulting, legal representation, trial support and preparation in the fields of wetlands, wetland regulation, flooding, flood maps, flood events and other related fields more clearly described below. WFCC will also serve as an equity partner on projects with clients and, where appropriate, provide resource capital through its funding partners.

Robert D. Sokolove, Esq., who is the President of WFCC, has been involved in the legal, regulatory and for-profit development side of the wetland and floodplain management fields since 1977. With over 100 speaking engagements and publications to his credit, Mr. Sokolove is acknowledged nationally as the attorney with the most experience in wetland and floodplain matters.
