Interface with attorneys, appraisers and tax consultants with respect to the regulatory and legal approaches to gain favorable evaluation and tax treatment. Preparation, advising and partnering on land valuation improvements such as mitigation banking to assist in gaining charitable contribution opportunities.

Providing financial analysis and valuation with respect to flood and other natural resource impacts; post-flood and disaster claims and resource analysis; advice to law firms, insurance companies and investors on all forms of risk and flood-related and wetland related impacts to land values and property.

Assistance to individuals, organizations, corporations and communities following natural disasters. Interface with FEMA and other governmental and non-governmental organizations in obtaining disaster assistance, community assistance, individual claim assistance as well as post-disaster planning assistance. Support and advice regarding future land use and other regulatory approaches to aid in claims and assistance opportunities in the future should the need arise.
